Note: Orders with more than one item are assigned a processing period according to the item.

Returns

The inventory is constantly changing and we do not completely manage it due to the fact that several parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. Therefore, the actual inventory could change at any time. Please be aware it's possible your order may become unfulfilled once you've placed your order.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If the 30 days have elapsed from the date you purchased the item, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a return, your product must be unopened and in the same state that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
